I still remember the day you came home. I was 11 years old, and dada brought you home in a little white bag...you were the cutest little black and white furry thing. Your puppy eyes had me from the get go...
My Portael, you lived a long life...16 long years
You made my life beautiful, my every memory involves you.
I will always remember how you sat there with me when I was down, like you could understand me. Thank you for being the constant best friend, for loving me even when I was mad and angry with you.
I wish you lived longer, I was hoping you would be there the day I got married, but God had other plans for you.
Through my tears, the thought of you jumping up and kissing me out of the blue brings a smile to my face.
I love you with my whole heart. Always have, and always will.

Its been awhile..

I have been away..
Mainly because I have just been busy with stuff..this country makes normal, everyday life SO darn hard!!
I have settled in..its been interesting, this whole moving experience. Sometimes I even wonder if its worth with.
Anyways, I'm back, and I intend on posting stuff from now on.

For a while, I was wondering what my blog should be like. I don't want to post about random things and about stuff that is already out there. You know there are moments when you think about something, and you google to find the answer, and there is NO answer out there. I want to blog about those answers. The questions I have, and the answers...some of them maybe straight..and some may just be my views...but at the end of the day, its an answer.

Last..

This is my last night in Kuwait. I am relocating to Dubai for professional reasons. Its a huge change for me because I have never been away from home. Its all going to be soo new.

The last few years in Kuwait have flown by so fast. I am truly blessed with a fantastic career, and believe that i have the ability to be better than just "good" at what I do.

There may not be a lot of extra curricular activities in Kuwait that people my age normally look for. But what I now leave behind are amazing people I have met and interacted with every single day for the past 2.5 years.

To all the friends I have made...I will miss each of you. Not only because you'll were fun to be with. But because you guys became family.

Why?

I don't even know how to begin..
For the past few weeks, time has basically stood still..
"Why?..How Come?"...are a few of the questions that run through my head..
I do realize that in life, there will be people who waltz in and out...some of them may leave their mark behind...some may be pretty forgettable...and all of that is ok..
But then there are some...who come into your life...walk away and then come back again...These people eventually are not just "people" anymore...they are more like family...
and then they vanish..
just like that...
2 weeks later, you realize that they have moved on....and not moved on in a small sense...gone on vacations...changed appearances(thanks to the world of facebook, you don't even need to see people in person anyways)..while you and your world are still struggling to pick up the pieces...
Why?I just don't get it..
All I was left with was a tremendous amount of grief...like a close family member died...
right now, at this very moment..i am left with anger....because i feel cheated...my world has been deceived...

This is my current fav show...I LOVE IT! I'm one of the rare few who hasn't watched all seasons of Sex and the city..(get rid of that shocked expression!)..
And Joe Bennet...forget the fact that the guy is a billionaire...what i love about him is how he is with Victory...just so adorable.
